Terms of Use

The service

Prism Tiles provides offline block puzzles and optional online profiles, friends, Prism Race matches and leaderboards. Features may change, pause or be discontinued. Online access is not guaranteed and requires a compatible device, network and supported app version.

Your account

• Gameplay uses an anonymous Firebase account. Keep control of your device; anonymous accounts may not be recoverable after device data is lost.
• Choose a lawful, respectful nickname and avatar. Do not impersonate others or expose personal information.
• You are responsible for activity from your account and must report suspected compromise.

Fair play and acceptable use

• Do not cheat, automate moves, alter clients, exploit bugs, interfere with service, scrape data, evade bans or manipulate ratings.
• Do not harass, threaten, discriminate, spam or publish illegal, sexual, hateful or privacy‑invasive content.
• We may remove content, invalidate results, restrict online features or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary for safety or integrity.

Ads and purchases

The game may show ads and offer in‑app purchases. Prices, taxes, refunds and family approvals are controlled by Apple or Google and their store rules. Purchased entitlements are licensed, not currency or property; they cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. Use Restore Purchases where available.

Intellectual property

The game, artwork, code, name and design are owned by or licensed to the Prism Tiles team. You receive a personal, limited, revocable, non‑commercial license to use the app. Feedback may be used without obligation, while you retain ownership of your original content.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes, termination and disputes

We may update these terms with a new effective date. You may stop using the game and delete your account at any time. We may restrict access for material breach. Applicable mandatory consumer law and courts remain available; contact support@autodrive.cy first so we can try to resolve a concern.
