Privacy Policy

Data we process

• Firebase anonymous account identifier; no email or phone is required for gameplay.
• Nickname, avatar choice, Public ID, country code if you provide it, friends, requests, blocks, presence and account state.
• Matchmaking queue, lobby and match records, move traces, verified results, ratings, leagues and leaderboard entries.
• Solo progress stored locally; ranked solo move traces and verified scores stored online.
• Device, app version, operating system, language, approximate network information, crash/security signals and App Check tokens.
• Advertising SDK events and identifiers where permitted, and in-app purchase product/transaction records. Payment credentials are handled by Apple or Google, not Prism Tiles.

Why we use it

• Provide saved preferences, online profiles, friends, races and leaderboards.
• Verify fair play, prevent abuse, diagnose outages and secure the service.
• Deliver and measure ads subject to consent and platform controls; restore and verify purchases.
• Reply to support, deletion and legal requests.

Storage, retention and deletion

Local settings and solo progress remain on your device until you clear app data or uninstall. Active online records remain while your account exists. Pending invitations and lobbies expire automatically. Security and diagnostic records are retained only as long as reasonably needed, normally up to 90 days. Backups may take up to 30 additional days to cycle out.

Account deletion removes the Auth account, profile, Public ID, friends, requests, presence, queue, lobbies, ranked solo replays and leaderboard records. Completed multiplayer results may remain for up to 90 days in anonymized form to protect the other player’s verified history and rating integrity.

Sharing and processors

We use Google Firebase for authentication, database, functions, integrity checks and hosting; Apple and Google for app distribution and purchases; and Google Mobile Ads for advertising when enabled. These providers process data under their own terms and security controls. We do not sell personal information.

Security, children and transfers

We use access rules, server-side validation, encrypted transport and least-privilege practices. No system is perfectly secure. Prism Tiles is not directed to children below the minimum digital-consent age that applies where they live; a parent or guardian may contact us for deletion. Providers may process data outside your country using lawful transfer safeguards.

Your choices and contact

You can edit your nickname and avatar, control device ad permissions, avoid optional online features, or delete the account in Profile. You may also email support@autodrive.cy. Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection.
