Delete your account

Deletion is permanent. An anonymous account cannot be recovered after its Auth identity is removed.

Delete inside the app

  • Open Prism Tiles → Profile.
  • Choose Delete account below your statistics.
  • Read the full warning and confirm twice.
  • If a Prism Race is active, finish it or use Leave match first, then retry.

What is deleted

The process removes your Firebase Auth user, profile, nickname, avatar, Public ID, friends, requests, blocks, presence, matchmaking queue, private lobbies, ranked solo move traces and leaderboard entries. Completed multiplayer history may remain anonymized for up to 90 days so another player’s verified result and rating remain consistent. Backups can take up to 30 additional days to expire.

Alternative email request

If you cannot open the app, email support@autodrive.cy with subject “Prism Tiles account deletion” and include your Public ID plus non-sensitive context that helps locate the account. We may ask for reasonable proof of control. Never send passwords or payment details.
